Through our 16-year experience in the fire protection industry, we have noted how the National Account service model has fallen short in its potential and evolved into a glorified form of subcontractor brokering. We identified every positive interaction and more importantly, solutions for the plethora of problems and shortcomings of the standard model to create our Century 360 program. 

One of the main differences in our program is that it is designed by you, the user. Rather than tell you what you value in a program or make you order off a menu of services, we offer an endless combination of services, products, and management features all under one roof to provide solutions that revolve around you. Led by a dedicated Century Program Manager, our fire protection experts will work with you to design a program that specifically meets your wants and needs and addresses the concerns and safety objectives of your organization.

As part of Century Fire Protection, Century 360 is unique in that we can provide comprehensive fire protection services including consultation & design, fabrication, installation, service & inspections, and education & training.

Your dedicated Century Program Manager provides a single point of contact for you day or night. They will actively manage information relating to your fire protection assets, ensure that each of your locations maintain compliance, and keep abreast of major services and deficiencies to craft a solution with the least impact on your overall budgeting plans.  They become an extension of your organization, fully vested in the wants, needs and attention your organization deserves. We know each location has unique challenges and opportunities and Century 360 is tailor-made to provide solutions that revolve around you and your specific needs.

The Century 360 model utilizes a seamless hybrid service network of qualified fire protection professionals. A dedicated Program Manager at Century Fire Protection will meticulously manage your tailored program and services will be executed by a mix of Century Fire Protection field technicians from our many office locations and Century 360 Certified Service Partners across the Country based on the geographic service area.

Careful consideration was given in the selection of this service structure. We determined that it is the best method to maintain the highest quality available on the most consistent basis lead by strong central management from the Century Program Manager. Our Century 360 Certified Partner program incentivizes, compensates, and manages all processes and relationships with each Century 360 Certified Service Provider. The Partners are vetted and approved by Century Fire Protection before being released for client service. They also undergo extensive training and have to comply with our commitment to client service to remain an active partner.

For far too long, national account service providers have been poorly cobbled together networks of service personnel selected based on low cost and willingness to work with no Gold Standard in sight. While budgets, scope, and profitability are important, we strive not to lose focus on the big picture: comprehensive asset management for all fire protection needs for our clients. We are able to raise the bar and provide superior service to our clients through our network of local Century 360 Certified Service Partners from around the US to help build this new program so that everybody wins.
